All work is completed subjecting to a strict privacy policy and never disclosed to a third party.

• In order to ensure the ideal editing quality of English, the manuscripts or documents(s) need to be at an English level for the proofreader to be able to understand the basic meaning of the text at least. By doing so, the English can be remarkably improved so as to satisfy the disable req. Our colleague will need to assess your work before language editing, or the document(s) to be proofread, prior to agreeing to begin the work.

To receive a final quote, please send your document(s) using fast ordering at the left of home page. The fee and the turnaround time/date will be given in the final quotation email.

•Our office is open from 8: 30 am-6:00 (Beijingtime) inBeijing,Chinafrom Monday to Sunday.

• The turnaround time/date will be strictly followed by our service. The final email quote gives an expiry time by which the fee should be received. If the fee is received later than the quote’s expiry time, the turnaround time will begin from the time/date that the fee is received.

• English Proofread will not be able to make comment on the technical regards of your document(s) and cannot ensure acceptance by a journal since final acceptance is usually decided by the editorial office of target journal based on overall consideration of paper quality.

 • In order to ensure the perfect language, please make sure that you send us the final version of the document or paper that you wish to have proofread, as we only accept an extra editing within 100 words when the document or paper has been returned after language editing.
